France: Calvet goes from Gemalto to Ingenico
Ingenico have announced the appointment of Rémi Calvet as Vice-President Communication. He will report to Philippe Lazare, Chairman and CEO and is a member of the Executive Committee. He is in charge of Ingenico Group Communication including Corporate, Marketing, Financial and Internal.
After five years with Unilever and DMC, a leading European Textile group, in auditing and strategic planning, Calvet joined Philip Morris International, where he spent ten years with various responsibilities in Paris, Brussels and Lausanne in Business Planning, Corporate Affairs, Government relations and Communications and was notably Head of Communications for PMI. Calvet was then Senior Vice President Communication of Gemplus as of 2004, and Gemalto after the merger with Axalto.
