Cefic organises an exhibition on Climate Change & Energy, in the European Parliament in Strasbourg, “Building blocks for Climate Change Solution”.
The expo, sponsored by Richard Seeber, will be attending by many Members of the European Parliament.
On this occasion, the chemical industry will show solutions that chemicals can offer to reduce CO2 emissions in the frameworks of housing and mobility.
The companies participating with concrete cases in this display are Arkema, Bayer, DOW, ExxonMobil, Ciba, Mapei, Rohm & Haas, Shell Chemicals, Sinterama, BASF, Evonik Industries, Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Rhodia, Sanofi Aventis, Solvay and Wacker.
A press event on “Building Blocks for Climate Change Solutions” will be held on Wednesday 9 July from 15:00 to 16:00. The panellists of this event are Angelika Niebler (EPP), Miroslav Ouzky (EPP), Guido Sacconi (PSE), Jurgen Hambrecht (CEO, BASF) and Alain Perroy (Cefic).
